As first time homebuyers can relate - we were not looking forward to the experience of goring through a mortgage application and all the effort/work it would take to close on a house. We were especially anxious as we didn’t know what to expect and we kept thinking that it would be similar but worse than the car buying experience. Fortunately for us we were introduced to Rich Erb at Weichert Financial. He and the team at Weichert Financial were amazing. They were always available and responsive to our needs and questions. No matter the day or time. They took time to explain everything to us. They were very professional. Although other lenders were offering a lower borrowing rate than Weichert they weren’t very responsive to us and we were treated simply as an application number. But with Rich Erb and the Weichert Financial Team we were treated as people. They asked us for our name when we called not our loan application number like others did. We were given the “local” treatment and felt like Weichert genuinely cared. We would definitely recommend Weichert Financial to anyone looking for a mortgage and wanting to be treated with respect and with genuine care.
