Absolutely love this place! The building is always so clean and smells amazing! The gym is fantastic and I love the layout my apartment. The office staff here is top notch! Sam assisted with my move in. She is very helpful and nice. Cara and Syreeta are very professional and responsive. I've been here a short time, but from my observation, they manage this property very well. There is a sense of community here which I love the most. I'm proud to be a resident of The Frasier and I look forward to a very long stay!

The building looks nice from afar, but it is very loud. Neighbors allow their doors to slam, and because The Frasier is a wooden building, the sound travels and shakes floors and walls. If you’re lucky, you’ll have neighbors who are mature enough to show respect for communal living, but those folks are outweighed by the many who are just always loud. I cannot count the number of times I’ve complained with almost no reprieve. The courtyard is dominated by neighbors who are just loud. It doesn’t help that the construction of the building amplifies sound so that there is constant shouting when the weather is decent. I’m also very concerned about the neighbors who STILL get into elevators without masks. I encounter this multiple times a week. I’ve complained many times. There have been promises to add eye-level signs reminding tenants and guests to wear masks in common spaces, especially elevators, but the only sign is in one elevator buried in a list of community updates. There is a State and Alexandria County public health mask mandate to include the public spaces of apartment buildings, and quite frankly, not enough is being done. In general, I cannot recommend anyone live here I would actually say that about any new building that touts amenities over livability and function. Updated edit- my issues still have not been resolved. I have to email management to ask my neighbors to be mindful of their doors slamming. I may have reprieve for a short period, but the slamming returns every time. I probably complain once a week. There are still issues with maskless individuals using elevators. It’s truly unbelievable. I’ve actively discouraged friends from moving here. That said, the staff really is very nice.

I absolutely love living here. All of the staff are so friendly, and the facility is always so clean!!! The location of the apartment is so convenient for anyone who works in DC or the Pentagon. I looked at a lot of places when I was trying to find my next home and I knew the Frasier was it when I walked in. I feel so safe, and I’ve made some amazing friends with the other people who live here. Syreeta, Cara, and Sam are an amazing team who quickly and efficiently take care of anything that pops up. I highly recommend the Frasier if you’re moving to the DC area, or any Bozzuto community.
