I purchased my car here based on their great reviews. The service was impeccable and beyond compare. The friendliest and easiest transaction I have ever experienced when buying a car. But then, in less than 24 hours, the high end Lexus I bought wouldn't start. The result was a dead, 4 year old battery. Further inspection showed the car to have cheap lowering springs on it. Robert, the sales manager worked with the owner to make it right. Although It took more effort after the sale, they stand behind their products and service which is much more than i can say for most dealerships. They really do care about their reputation and long term realtionships which is commendable.
My wife and I purchased a late model BMW from Select Auto Imports. We are from out of State. Naser and Robert worked very closely with us. Everything was as promised and closing process was very quick and easy. They are very customer focused and friendly. We recommend them and will consider them for our next purchase.
