Armin was an excellent salesperson! From greeting through purchase and even after the sale, Armin was a consummate professional. I went to the dealership looking for a Ford and left with a Lincoln. Armin’s knowledge of both lines of cars was exceptional. He listened to my needs and helped to find me the best possible car. In addition to know the features of the cars inside and out, Armin was also a gentleman. He parked cars of interest next to each other so I could compare them side by side. He drove cars from one side of the lot to the other to make the shopping experience easier. And all the while, he created a low pressure environment so I didn’t feel bullied or rushed into making a decision. My husband and I have been looking for several weeks to find just the right used F250. Ourisman advertised what sounded like an excellent find. We contacted them about the truck and they were very accommodating. We drove over 4 hours to see the truck and it was exactly as advertised. Antonio and Lee were great to work with.
