2 wheel bolts are missing from my 2 back wheels from my 2017 Lexus IS300. I have been calling and all I get is the run around without concrete resolution , here I am 3 months later the advisor/tech who serviced my car has not returned any of my calls and Dennis \service manager\ has not been able to mitigate the issue. I am extremely disappointed and very closed to report such negligence to Lexus HQ.

The staff at Lindsay's Service Center are great. Tammy Simone, my Service Advisor was awesome. She is very personable and professional. She had the recalls fixed so I didn't have to make an additional trip to the Service Center. Tammy is extremely helpful and answered all my questions and assisted me with an issue I had after I got home.

Gaby was great to work with! We spent very little time at the service center dropping off, and she was just a very nice person to talk with during the process. When we came back to pick up our car, it was washed and waiting for us. Overall a great experience!
