I have been a patient of Dr. Chotani for more than a year now, he is very professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, never in a rush and gives you all the time you need. He prioritizes both my mental and physical health. The staff are also very pleasant and professional and easy to reach, it is extremely easy to schedule and change an appointment. Additionally, the office is also very clean and hygienic.

My wife and I started going to CN Internal Medicine about six weeks after a friend, a nurse practitioner, had switched to them. We had all three been disappointed by the level of service provided by our previous primary care medical practices. The office staff has been amazing as as have the medical professionals we have encountered. Their response and attention has been at a level and quality one would expect at a concierge medical practice, and they accept Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. They made sure that we both received our first and second COVID vaccinations as quickly as possible and made themselves available to answer any questions about our medical care. Our whole family is switching to CN Internal Medicine!
