The worst experience ever with century 21 only lease the property for a year, Security deposit was 2 months rent, in which repairs were never fixed, HOA payments were behind from previous owners, as results vehicle towed never reimbursed, rent was payed on time, but encountered so many uncomfortable experiences never use their service you'll be sorry you did.. 4035 Cressida Pl is the physical address...... By the way did't receive the security deposit back & Forth inconsistencies in states be long story /short never received deposit 3750 after having the property professional clean.... Never use their service.....

If you're an owner looking to hire someone to find renters, look elsewhere. This place is impossible to work with. I tried for a week to schedule a showing for a rental and didn't get anywhere. The guy was only willing to show before 6:00 if it's a weekday (when many of us are at work) and took way to long to respond, which made scheduling impossible. Then after a week of trying, I called the office and the leasing agent said there are no pets and that I should've known that, even though it doesn't say that in the listing. (See screenshot.) The property is nice but the owner picked a lousy company to manage it. We are a couple of prospective renters with 800 credit scores each, excellent rental history, a combined six-figure income, and highly likely to sign a long-term lease. I doubt we're the only prospective renters driven away by incompetence. Also notice that most of the other reviews are from their staff. That's a pretty rotten way to run a business.

The Century 21 New Millennium office in Kingstowne is highly efficient, friendly, and competent. One is always greeted warmly by the front office which is ready to provide excellent service to all who enter the office. The agents work closely as a team supporting each other as they are supported by a highly qualified support team. One questions are always answered as quickly as possible. This office is very pleasant in which to work.

Pam Campell is truly the best! Our family has worked with several agents previously with home buying and selling, and Pam blows all of them out of the water! In late September we wanted to close on a home in Kingstowne that was already under contract. Fortunately, they didn’t take our offer. Pam was determined to find us our dream home, a short commute, beautiful, spacious, way above codes constructed home. We just closed last month. She went above and beyond and got us more than what we wanted. She negotiated closing cost, very expensive chimney repair (5k), and correction on all findings on inspection report. She was honest, really way too honest and always had our best interests at the forefront. She is remarkable at communication, beyond a doubt, the most professional, knowledgeable, competent, patient, accommodating, thorough, and most caring agent our family has ever worked with. Moreover, she has extensive competency in military relocation services. We are beyond blessed to call her a friend and our go-to realtor. To this day, she still keeps in touch, in fact she checked up on us during Hurricane Sandy. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.
