Very shabby, extremely cold, ceilings down everywhere. Staff having to wear outdoor jackets and scarves. Staff not sufficiently trained... took over 20 minutes to process a refund. Really gone downhill, presumably its closing down if its owners are in receivership.

Nice shopping area. Bought some scottish souvenirs. Good place for clothes and shoes as well. The Cafe within is great. I had breaded cod which is basically fish and chips.It was absolutely delightful. Chicken burger was also very tasty.

Yeah very friendly nice place if you dont want crazy but it is for a mature person clothes wise other than yeah nice if a visitor
