No complaints. The staff I encounter are always helpful and friendly. I’m always able to speak with a live person when I call with questions. There is not enough street parking, the court has a garage.

Good service everything perfect
Since this is located in the city of Alexandria I decided to try and park in the parking garage under the courthouse however they were full of spaces and the parking attendant was very rude and yelled at us for attempting to enter. I was fortunate enough to find a parking spot across the street. -2 stars Entering the courthouse was a disaster. You are not permitted to bring any recording devices and must use their lockers to store them which costs 25 cents. Only half of the lockers actually work, and those that don’t take your quarter. Not sure why there is no banner on the homepage informing people of this policy. -2 stars 1 star for the cool sheriff deputies. 2 stars for the quick process (wedding certificate). Spent a total of 10 minutes in the office. -1 Star for cash only payment... it’s 2019.
This place always advising you that you are human and have a right . And once you go there they take your rights away even you are the victim after you leave there you feel you are NOT a human and you don't have a right . Really disappointed and very disappointed . They don't stop the wrong , but they stop the right .
How come our wealthy commonwealth of Virginia earning all the money from small or big citation I got charge 600 for an empty bag of Cannabis and lost liscens privilege when I had never gotten a liscens the court needs a fully renovation you guys should see the jail inside they had me sleepy in a dirty Jail where bad smell would come out just for an empty bag of Cannabis
