Very friendly staff and atmosphere who have always taking care of my glasses and contact lenses needs. The advice given for continuing eye care as well as the various complex combinations of coatings that could be put onto my glasses is invaluable, and I also appreciate the time taken to help and advise on frame selection. I thoroughly recommend trying the local opticians over the chains.

I cannot overpraise the excellent service, from when I went in with my broken glass which were temporarily repaired till the test and delivery of my new specs. The staff were most friendly, thorough, efficient, and amazingly helpful. I am so grateful to have found such a reliable service.

All of the staff gave us a very warm welcome. There was plenty of frames to choose from. Hannah who did our testing was brilliant. Peter came in on his day off to look after us and help us both chose our frames for all of the different pairs of glasses that we ordered. Both myself and my partner have seen Peter and his daughter Hannah for many years when they were located at another opticians and now they are at Alexanders it’s great that that level of service and care is continued.
