I purchased a necklace with a pendant on it and my husband took the necklace to an independent jeweler and had the engraved name spelled incorrectly on the pendant. I emailed Alex Orso asking if I could purchase just the pendant to replace the one with the error my husband had made on it. They emailed me back the same day and are shipping me a new pendant free of charge. Best customer service experience ever!
