Apart from the access to the store very good. Ample space in the aisles. Well set out to address Covid. Reasonable prices but bear in mind most are \own brand\ items which are mimics of better known brands. Still good value though.

Did a Click and Collect shop here recently - worked like a dream even with me turning up on my bike. Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful.

The prices were fantastic, good selection across a wide range, fresh food all looked appetising and staff were very helpful. However star rating would have been 5 except I was charged twice for an item which means lnow have to make another visit (at this very busy time) to get a refund. Sad.

I have always quite liked Aldi, as much for their special buys as for their quality food at affordable prices. But I have noticed that the staff at this store, in particular, have an attitude about them, it feels like an air of superiority where the customer is ranked lower than the staff. They tend to drag boxes in your path, zigzagging to cause maximum obstruction and talk to their colleagues on their headsets whilst serving you at the till. If I'm not going to get any positive human acknowledgement, they might as well be machines!
