Staff super helpful, nothing would appear to be an issue. More recently staff found my mums phone that she left in a basket there, kept it safe over night and charged it up so that we could collect it in the morning. They went above and beyond on many occasions.

Awful! Went in just before closing and there was rotting fruit and veg on the shelves. So I returned half an hour after opening in the morning. Same rotting produce. Shelves just being filled up. Couldn't get most of what I needed as either not there or rotten. Not a single bag of oranges without at least one split or rotten. Only took a photo of the Savoy cabbages. Disgusting to have rotting food on the shelves. The staff on didn't seem to care. Not exactly a jolly bunch. All in all a pretty depressing experience.

Hello, yesterday I was shopping with my mum and shopping went well as usuall great staff all round. But we hit an annoying staff member at the till. My mum was on the queue to pay and the female staff member started to shout at my mum, saying that she should go to the back of the line while she came before the gentleman behind her. So I would advise the store manager to have a good talking to with the staff members to always use their brains when talking to their elders and not to panic and have a tantrum without knowing facts, they should always focus on the cashier and and let the customers sort themselves out, I asked the gentleman what was wrong and she told me that my mum was in fact ahead of her, just for arguments sake. I was very annoyed at the cashier that day. Thank you
