This supermarket is great, produce, products & easy to navigate. Friendly staff & even other shoppers feel calm, no pushing and shoving to get an item you happen to be standing next to. A pleasant place to shop.

Visited yesterday and was surprised that none of the staff I saw were wearing masks, including security guard, cleaner and cashiers when leaving their screen protected areas. This store is very near student accommodation and I would expect to see better precautions. On a plus note, the sanitising station is right by the main entrance and difficult to miss. IMPORTANT UPDATE: Increased rating from 2 to 4 stars. On my last visit, all staff including the security guard were wearing a mask It's much appreciated.
I find the quietest time to go down there is between 2 and 4 pm.

I just wanted to say thank you to the manageress and her colleagues who were on the doors this morning when Kevin and his friends went on sale. The whole experience was very pleasant (i'd been dreading it!), social distancing was maintained and the colleagues within the store were excellent in helping customers find what they need. It's changed my views about this store and I am happy to say I will now continue to shop here. Very well managed and appreciated. I'm sure it was a busy day for you all. Thank you Poole Aldi :)
