Been shopping here for years. Good range, good quality and good staff always willing to help. Would recommend shopping here over the newer store as better range and better staff.

Its ok for a quick shop, weekly roast etc. Find it difficult to do a full shop, limited selection with items quite small. Always require a top up shop after being here.

Good central location near Home Bargains and B&Q. Good size car park (free) and great variety of products. Disabled parking and access. Friendly and helpful staff.

Did a shop with the intention of using one of the school vouchers today, paying on card for the rest of the amount. At the checkout (checkout 8 at closing time 31/01) woman was extremely unhelpful and seemed to be in a bad mood, when we needed help with both voucher and taking items away as it was over what we had. Not only was the entire experience the most degrading and embarrassing thing, we didn't even get a smidge of empathy from the lady at the checkout, I understand she may be stressed but as people using school vouchers to pay for food, you can see that we are really struggling. I'm not a karen by any means, but I think some workers need to improve their customer service skills, especially to vulnerable customers.
