As a student, this shop is basically paradise. Since 90% of the supermarket’s stock is own-brand, the prices are extremely low. I found the store to be well-stocked and well-staffed, with a very reasonable wait time for tills. There aren’t any self-service checkouts if that’s what you’re into and I also found the shop to be very busy (despite a pandemic), but apart from that I had a good time and will certainly come again. Cream crackers for 39p? Am I dreaming, mate?!

Shame about the lack of tills in use and speeding staff scanning the items. Twice in the last month a bottle of wine got dropped due to excessive scanning speed and I still got charged for em.

This newly refurbished Aldi is a much improved shopping experience compared with our last visit. Although it may provide less choice than bigger supermarkets there are some really good items to be had, the Christmas party food and wine aisle being especially appealing at this time of year

NOW couple of minutes ago i was shopping in this shop and one of the member of the staff sent out my friend because she saw us that we was speaking and he also let the trolly in the shop because he wanted to buy just one item and also pretend that we are togheter and also speaking to.me very loud and angry also i was seeing people walkin in without trolley..and couples doing shopping together and the lady from the entrance said that they are not togheter.
