I was approached today by one of their sale assistants in a very disrespectful way when I left the store. He asked me for the receipt for no reason. It was very humiliating and shows very unprofessional manners. After 3 years of being a loyal customer, I decided to switch to other supermarkets for good. I can't describe my anger and frustration enough.

I bought Eco Action plastic free dish washer tablets last month in Aldi. I have visited again to buy them today. They were out of stock. I hope they will stock them again soon. They are brilliant product. #zerowaste #plasticfree
Great shop & great prices; the one thing that I, personally, would like improved, is the till system... Even when there are lots of people queuing, there are only a couple of tills open, and the wait times are very long. And they do seem to be understaffed! Otherwise, it's a great shop!
With Iceland right next door- ALDI has very good value products and often has \hidden gem\ items at bargain prices. Located off Histon Road (North of Cambridge city centre) Aldi has easy access by car or on foot The store has both a good variety and volume of stock and the majority at value prices. There is customer provided parking which hasn't yet been an issue although I have recently noticed a (not very obvious) sign warning of a penalty fine if you overstay the permitted 1 hour, which seems not quite long enough for my average shop. Regardless, hopefully ALDI will continue to be my preferred place to grocery shop.
