Just had a refurb and it looks much better than before and more stock. Most of the staff are lovely, there are one or two that seem to think it's ok to push past customers when they are busy. My main bug bear (and this is with all supermarkets) is trip hazards. My elderly father has cateracts and can't see very well and it would only take for him to walk back /step back and he would trip over (see picture) it needs a vertical bar up to make it more visible and less like to fall over.

Shops good lots of choice and great prices. Checkout staff are friendly and quick. Parking can be an issue at this branch though during peak times.
Left my wallet in the car - cashier efficiently put my basket to one side - and told me I need not queue again when I returned ... I retrieved my wallet and the next customer was very obliging and helpful in letting me finish my shopping ahead of her ... a very pleasant shopping experience ...
Good quality, cheap prices, good location with a lot of parking space.
Staff are not treating customers equally! For example my colleagues bought over 10 bottles of water, but they told me I'm allowed only 6!? Same with other items. And this happed many times. Otherwise good shop, good products.
