Great store, very popular. Good range of items, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is with the thinner aisle widths and how popular it is it can get quite full quite often. Can be a bit of a squeeze to get past trolleys/ longer queues. But for a less busy shop go later in the evening or much earlier rather than in the middle of the day. One of my go to shops.

After using Sainsbury's & Asda for many years, I thought I would give Lidl / Aldi a try. The volume of sugar in most of their products has scared me off on both of the above named stores. My first impression at Aldi was The layout of goods. It seems haphazard in comparison to other stores. You can pick an orange next to a TV but that's ok for me as it makes the store smaller and quicker to get around. 4 aisles in total. Makes sense..The produce is mainly German I believe. This is also good as they have high food standards in comparison to England. The produce was very good and very well priced. At checkout the staff were efficient and ensured there was no queuing. A very good experience and the produce does not contain nearly as much added sugars. I love sugar in chocolate just not in my meat , tomatoes and bread! Read the labels !!

An older building now, but plenty of parking. The staff are really good, friendly and helpful. There was a plan to knock it down and rebuild a new store but I think that's either on hold or scrapped. The building could do with a refresh in my opinion. We've been shopping there for years, generally very good value.

Well cheap, products good enough quality. Quick through check outs. No problem. Busy but not bad. Entrance and exit access, no queues

No queues, shelves fairly well stocked. The only problem was staff coming round with large trolleys to stock up shelves. We had to wait then, to get to products nearby. Other than that it was a safe shopping trip.
