Seems there are more younger staff in there at the moment, so maybe a change in personality in the store. Being a grumpy old man I liked the mature staff. However still as good a place any to shop for value in Tanworth.

Just used the click and collect service at the store and it was excellent - Instructions were easy to follow and my groceries were put in the boot for me by the very helpful Shelley ( I am of the age where that was most appreciated !! ) Will certainly use this method again at this store mainly due to your excellent staff
Paid 2 visits a week ago on Saturday and Sunday 24th, it seems couples are allowed to shop freely with a trolley between them blocking aisles, no sign of Staff or Management only to ask you to pack your shopping at your car !!! Put someone on the door.
Its my local shop! Closest supermarket to me. Always got what I need. Loads of fresh fruit & vegetables. Generally it's always busy as its so popular. Very good prices. Staff are always helpful if something is not on display. Personally I don't like big supermarkets so this Aldi is just the right size.
