I visited 2 days ago. Very busy. I felt as though I was being rushed round the store by the waves of people coming into the store. I will visit at a quieter time next time. The check out was calm and store staff polite.
Spare spaces to park. Staff evident on shop floor. Very good availability. Dispite announcements some customers mo mask and a few to many empty cages on shop floor causing customers not to follow 2 meter distance. Plenty of tills open friendly staff.
Good shop gone bad! Since the refurb its gone rapidly downhill - numerous shelves left empty and numerous ranges out of stock. Been three times now and every time its been as bad. Aisles are full of delivery trollies. Cashier was too busy chatting to the manager - got the amount to pay for but no please or thank you. Aldi, you've lost this customer - will be shopping at Lidl from now on
