Not many people in Aldi which was great, most staff unfortunately didn't wear masks but customers were great and abided by all the rules. Pallets left alone in random areas and always alone and I front of what you want but can't reach so walk away.

Nice big supermarket, plenty of space in aisles.
The one supermarket to rely on when I go out infrequently during lockdown is Aldi . Has everything I need at great prices. Staff are working hard and friendly.
Awful service. Manager (Matt) really does need to learn some customer service skills and understand that everyone's situations are different. Some elderly customers need help with their shopping and may need someone else to shop with them. This store also isn't very covid compliant as all they had to wipe trolleys with was hand sanitizer, this isn't good enough and they should always ensure there is enough cleaning products to clean trolleys before using them. Also there was noone managing the door so alot of people where in the shop shopping at one time. My nan has shopped in this store for years and shopped in this store throughout the whole pandemic and has never once been treated the way she has been today - she is over 80 and the manager of this store actually made her cry with the way he treated her.
