SORT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OUT Customer service skills are terrible here and driver are tret like dirt. On booking in at security u was told to put a mask on while clearly displaying an exemption cert round my neck on a land yard. The goods in staff are very rude, I was waiting for my load to be checked of and was asked are you been seen to. I explained I had handed my flt key in and was waiting on paper work. He said does any one know this. (You tell me, you need to talk to each other in the office) Don't worry blame the dirty infections driver. SORT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OUT
