Absolutely disappointed. Bought my flowers for valentine's and on the next day we have found the flowers foliage or twigs everywhere, covered the table and the floor where we had to clean it all up, certainly not worth the amount paid 55 along with allergy hazards from the falling twigs for my little one. What was more disappointing is that I emailed to explain the issue and ask for a full refund exercising my customer right of act 2015 where Goods to be of satisfactory quality as advertised instead I got an arrogant and rude response accusing it’s my fault of keeping them in dry condition or with no water (like YOU know better) and that I will not be refunded the full amount instead, I will be refunded a generous 10 pounds for the foliage/twigs as the flowers were good!!! I will therefore, file a complaint and forward the images to legislation.gov.uk to take the necessary action as Rays flouriest breached Goods to be of satisfactory quality and to mislead its customers. For the rude and arrogant person I talked with over the phone, in times like these this should not be the way to deal with your customers, in fact, I don't see you going for long. By the way, I don't need your generous 10. you know what to do with it

Really pleased with Rays. I really appreciated the online photos for ideas and the help received during my phone call. The flowers for my father's funeral delivered were just what I wanted and have lasted a week so far. The photo is the flowers a week after the funeral.

The website is so easy to use, which was helpful as I was sending flowers from abroad, and unable to travel to the UK because of restrictions. I rang with a query and had some helpful and thoughtful suggestions from Gareth, and the (funeral) flowers they sent were absolutely beautiful. I hadn't realised that they would send me a picture, which was a lovely touch. Recommended 100%.

I've used Ray's florist on several occasions now mainly for the wife.. I think the quality of the flowers are amazing and also the level of the service provided. The flowers always last longer than what I expect and are lovely and fresh. The website is also extremely easy to use. Have placed an order for valentines day. Highly recommended.

Paid an extra (medium size upgrade) for the \Hot Aquapack\ bouquet to MAKE SURE it looked as close as the advertised picture, sadly the arrangement lacked all the roses it was supposed to have. No roses...on Valentine's Day...which left me mortified upon learning that. Good delivery services though. Edit : Although i felt wronged, your answer speaks truth. I won't let a picture fool me again. Upgrading the review to 4 stars.
