First time here. We had been on holiday to center parcs and nipped in for lunch on our way home. Really friendly helpful staff. Lovely and clean. covid precautions well explained. If I actually lived near here I would be very happy to make it my local. Keep up the good work.

Service was outstanding! Carvery was nice and selection of veg was basic, if your sat near the carvery be prepared for hearing the loud voice of the chefs repeating the veg options (although they were jolly and clearly loved their job). After 15 mins it does wear a bit thin and interrupts your conversation. Layout was brilliant and kids meals great value for money.
Went today 31 Oct at 3:15 was assured at the door you can order from the light bites menu no problem. After waiting about 15 minutes then ordering from the light menu then informed can't order from that after 3pm. How can they turn custom away in these covid days then cry they need to stay open. This is not the 1st time we've had issues at this place
Just been to visit the Alders for the first time, we were greeted at the door by a lovely member of staff who explained all the covid guidelines to us and gave us a friendly welcome. The food was easy to order and it arrived quickly, very tasty. All staff were very friendly and made us feel at ease. An overall very pleasant evening out A
It was a very nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The food was lovely and there was a wide range of dishes available, as well as vegan alternatives. This is the Over The Rainbow Cake which each layer has a different flavour. I enjoyed my experience and will definetly be going again.
