It was a very cold day and we had to join the queue (of one). Fortunately, once it had been ascertained that we were collecting an order, said order was swiftly brought out to us. Very good and very pleasant service.

Horrible experience. Will never order from them again. Wine not delivered, cannot find order, visa card charged, now dealing with visa to get money back. Visa says \what if they deliver it a week later .....\ we have to wait and see. I am therefore their hostage. Shop is 2 blocks from delivery address!

Just had an executive order to get some Cabalie Gold label in for tonight at 17.59 but Laithwaite in Alderley closes at 18.00. David, the boss, doesn't know me from Adam but after a call said no problem, he'd keep the doors open. The only problem was, after two mega months of sales, Laithwaites had ran out of Cabalie Gold label but he recommended Cabalie 2019 - an amazing bottle of wine so thanks David and his very helpful colleague - great service and product! He promises the 'Gold' will be in soon but actually I'm very happy with the 2019!
