We visited the smoke house quite by chance as we walked along the front last Sunday, 28th June. We bought two Noon pies which are made with smoked haddock, shallots and cheese with a cream sauce. We ate them sitting on the sea wall and they were absolutely delicious. We also had a smoked fish platter which was very tasty. We so enjoyed the pies that we bought two more to bring home and enjoyed them a couple of days later and wished we lived nearer so that we could buy some more! A good reason for a return trip to Aldeburgh! Thank you.

I can only think that there are some spam posters on this site because everything we have had from this establishment has been first class. We were there yesterday 31/06/19 and bought prawns and fish pies. Very fresh, perfectly presented, and a hygienic venue right on the beach.
