Rudest staff. If you want a happy relaxed cafe I would avoid. My family went in yesterday and the woman was the rudest waitress to everyone in the cafe it was unbearable to watch. She said she couldn’t be bothered to do mulled wine today and that she wasn’t really doing toasties. She put us all off eating there. She was miserable, rude, had no patience with anyone in the cafe made every single family feel uncomfortable!

Sat inside for a coffee & cake. Friendly staff & stunning views over the beach. A little on the expensive side. Good atmosphere. Caramel slice was made with coconut which my wife doesn't like, so we kindly as for a refund, which we got with no problems, thank you.
Best toasties we've ever had - coping with the virus stuff well. Cakes nice and coffee - oat milk always available as well if you like that variety

We stopped off here for a cream tea and sat outside overlooking the sea. First off the food is amazing. The scones were lightly toasted and served with plenty of jam and clotted cream with a strawberry on top. We had large mugs of tea with a shortbread biscuit and it came to 10. Throw in the gorgeous view of Perranporth beach in the background and it makes the perfect place to stop off during your break. We love Alcatraz and will be back!
