I’ve been living in Alcala for years now and I must say, if you are coming from abroad, this is one of the best places in the center of alcala for authenticity. The croquetas are a must, and the morcilla al arroz is amazing, too. Good wine, great service. 5 stars!

The food its great! Right in the Center of Cervantes Square!
As its name points out, the place does look like a 16th century stable, which makes for a quaint decoration. The place is mostly busy, the staff is correct, and the food are the typical local dishes from Alcalá. Their “costrada” is a particularly recommendable dessert.
