Very bad. I order product, get message to come and grab my order. ( I did it not next day after get message, but 3 days after). First they searched my order around 40 min. They finally found it. After I start to unpack it. It was actually not my order. Next 30 min I keep staying and watching how they walking all the time, trying to do a work. Agent trying to search some information and goes to help other customer. Until I starting to watch him, he start to search again. No coffee, no water, no chair. They did not do nothing to keep this situation a bit less stressful. After next 20 min they realized that other customer received my order. Manager can’t do nothing I need to wait when other customer will return with my order. Unacceptable... It supposed to be a present for next day birthday.

It's the best place to buy all electronics. Ever since they spruced up the appearance (less warehouse, more modern store) it's a pleasure to shop here. And the fact that they sometimes have lower prices than competitors is also a bonus. Kind shop assistants are always available.
