Intitulam.se Engenheiros (que nao o sao) Fazem orcamentos enganosos (e, com rasteiras) para conquistar clientes e depois de começar a obra, e os clientes terem as casas todas partidas, vêem com a historia q afinal o orcamento estava errado!!! CUIDADO! Já conheço pelo menos 4 casos recentes.
