Even though I bring difficult issues and go against their first response they always take the time to see if I'm right, and ask around to make sure of the position they are taking on the issue is the correct one. The employee I encounter most often on the ticket office (Conrado Soares) is awesome and is always on top of the latest developments . The store isn't huge, but has a bit of everything. If they don't have don't hesitate to ask to bring it in from some other store, everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Very good place to get books and board games. Lines to pay take quite some time which is not good. Prices could be better on some products. Staff is nice and knowledgeable
Horrible customer service, I purchase a vaccum 6 months ago and send it to guaranty, it came back worsen that it previously was and instead of giving me a good explanation, the vaccum was sent back again for a possible arrange. In 6 months 2 of them are repairs without a guaranty of a real solution. I believe it is a lack of professionalism and lack of respect with the consumer.

FNAC provides you the confidence and the peace of mind that whatever you buy, you will have proper Custome Care & Support. - I took advantage of Fnac black Friday days to purchase some items at reduced prices. - I have issued payment and noticed immediately after that the items were not available for delivery. - I wrote an email expressing my disappointment since there was no pre-alert on items availability. - I have got an immediate reply from Fnac, expressing its concern kn my remark; Fnac took on its hands the initiative to opena "ticket" and I started to get regular emails towards letting me know what the expected delivery status was. Such attitude is one of the key differeantors we all shall take into account. Price is important, but what matters the price unless you have a trusted entity with whom you can rely on when a problem arises?
