Really disappointed by the service I’ve received recently. I opened my bank account about two years ago now, and my journey with them has been great. But recently I’ve noticed a change, their staff are really rude and the wait is extremely long. So when join them for the first time, they make you a card right away, it takes a couple of minutes and because it’s made there, the quality of the card is really bad. The numbers on the card are erased after only a couple of months. What happened to me was even worst, I was traveling in Europe for a couple of weeks; and the ship wasn’t working anymore, I couldn’t withdrawal any money from any banks!! So when I came back to Portugal, I went there and asked for a new card. When I asked the lady why it happened, she was really arrogant and told me that I could’ve withdrawal money that I don’t have in my card, even though I had thousands in it ... then just yesterday, when my mother went there because her numbers are erasing and she can’t use her card for online purchase, the lady said that unless it doesn’t work anymore she “doesn’t need” a new card, and if she wants to a new one she will have to pay for it... so the numbers are erasing FAULT OF YOUR BANK and you want us TO PAY FOR IT? How does this make sense ? And just because we were speaking English to her, she was talking behind trash to our colleagues in front of us. How rude and unprofessional! Then she goes one by saying “we are the ONLY bank in Portugal that creates your card in a couple of seconds”. That is why I’m giving it a 1 star, but on the side their customer service by phone is really good.

Great customer service. Was at the branch on Saturday and the service received from Joao Goncalves was the best I have had in a long time. He answered all our questions. Was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him and Activobank. They do give numbers. They have a digital screen that provides a number as well as sending a text to your mobile phone. I did not have to wait too long.
they dont give numbers. you have to wait in a eternal line. one hour with each customer. they dont offer chairs, water, wifi, nothing. Still waiting since 2 hours, and was 4th in the line. for add, children shouting all the time.

Muito simpáticos. Quanto ao atendimento não é muito profissional. Fiquei quase 30 min à espera de 1 pessoa na minha frente que foi chamada mas não estava presente. Acabei por desistir. Eu era para abrir uma conta... Não sei se volto.
Fiquei 4:30 horas para abrir uma conta, com minha mulher e filha, pediram para irmos para casa que entrariam em contacto, e até hoje não me ligaram sistema péssimo, gerente não sabia nem ver a validade do título de residência....
O meu namorado foi abrir a conta neste banco. Tem uma funcionária nova perguntou ao meu namorado se ele tem namorada. Coloque a mão dela na perna do meu namorado... Tudo isso não é nada sobre o trabalho e falta de profissionalismo. Sinto-me muito zangada. Se tiver 0 estrela, vou escolher 0 estrelas com certeza!
