Discusting housing officers in the Inverness branch. Bullying and threatening in nature. Walk into Ur house as if They owned it themselves and believe they should be treated like kings when they are meer office workers pushing pens . Treat people like animals. Play games with people's lives at times of trauma threatening their mental health. Love taking people to court when they are in hospital in trauma with bullying process . There is a couple I would love be see one day on their knees and may they get treated how they have treated others. I have no respect for the way the team's treat people and use process in a bullying manner . I have had many many people in Inverness share their story with me not just our story regarding housing officers out to make a name for themselves in this office.
Friendly staff easily accessible
Refuses to deal with anti-social behaviour and harassment from other tenants and takes the side of the lying party. Not in partial at all. Staff acused me of having mental health issues.
So what you doing to help tenants with rent in this time of need as most will end up in arrears which is not good
