We have used steam dreams three times, for special days out, booking premium dining class. We’ve always found staff helpful, the food excellent and the days highly enjoyable. The trains are vintage and comfortable. I would recommend it

Day trip to Bath..Pullman style dining experience.. . Absolutely fantastic day from start to finish. Served with a lovely brunch on outward journey. Enjoyed a fantastic day in Bath exploring all the delights. Return journey was amazing evening meal superb cannot fault. Staff were absolutely fantastic especially Vincent. Very attentive and made all feel welcome on board. Can't wait for the next trip. Would highly recommend 10/10 Thank you to all who made our day a day to remember.

Very disappointed today (26/09/19) as our very expensive train from Bournemouth to Swanage stopped at platform 3 rather than platform 4 (as scheduled) and despite our best efforts they would not wait to allow us to board (the train being already 30 minutes late may have been a factor ) Staff at Steam Dream helpline helpful in that they agreed a refund but the whole booking and experience became a fiasco. One wonders if they knew who was due to board at Bournemouth as the train as waived on almost immediately.
