This has been the best experience I have ever had with any motorcycle shop in town. Doug had given me a quote to fix my bike, when I picked up my bike we went into his office and he told me it did not take as long as he thought and the cost was not the price that he had quoted but 50.00 less. I have never in my years of riding had a shop tell me that my bill was going to be less then I was quoted, I am a customer as long as they are in business. Thank you Doug for your honesty

I am on a motorcycle trip, my bike broke down and had it towed to Albuquerque. In the process of trying to find parts I was told to call J&D Cycle. They recommended me to bring my bike in, as I was going to fix it myself. Good thing cause the wiring harness was totally shorted out. They got me in fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this establishment for any biker needing repairs as they travel route 66.

Amazing service, knowledgeable staff, and very honest. This is my go shop after a couple of dealings. I found Doug through word of mouth, best way to find honest mechanics in my opinion. Also nice to deal with a small family owned and ran business. Good way to keep your business local.

Always came here for mounting and balancing my tires. Used to be very nice. Went yesterday and couldn't believe how rude they were. Tried to drop off wheel and tire and was told they were to busy to do tires. Even told them didn't need it tight away. Response was an incredibly rude were not doing tires. Went to high velocity and the experience was the complete opposite.
