Apart from a little misunderstanding at check in, our stay was amazing, a fantastic space for children to play, the cleanling is topnotch all public and private spaces at the hotel are very clean. The 3 restaurants are phenomenal the food and the desserts are to die for and a lot of variety to choose. The Staff from the Kids Club is very funny and most important they are very thoughtful with all the kids. Truly a 5 Star Hotel, the Staff is very helpful and always with a smile.

What can you say about this place but fantastic Hotel . On the Golf Course at Salgados and yet front rooms till get sea view and views of the pools. Very quiet and the rooms are great with comfortable beds. No baths but fantastic wet room where you can shower. Breakfast wide range of foods including full English and a range of cakes too big for your waistline . Finish it off with a Nespresso on the patio outside near to the fountain.
Lovely hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly, very attentive. The food was superb. A brilliant time.
Very nice hotel with awesome view from restaurant in 5th floor. Various food is really good there, you can find vegetarian food, meat, fished, cakes and a lot of veggie and fruits.
Really stunning hotel, great decor/facilities and staff are nice and very helpful. Food is high quality. Entertainment could be a little better though.
Nice hotel! First thought when you step in lobby is: Waaaw! But then its starts... mistake after mistake... First they didn't prepare correct room because they didn't know that we are 4ppl (that was told to us) even if we have on booking reservation for it! We came late at night and kids need to wait more that 1houre to get beds, because housemaids working only till 5pm and other stuff don't know where are the beds for kids! Sinks in bathroom don't swallow water and it is really gross! And air conditioner stop working at night so it was so hot you couldn't sleep! Next day they fix it, but at night stop cooling again! We booked room with pool view but we get view on back of the hotel where the air conditioners are. Stuff in restaurant by the pool is really rude! We wish table with better view but because that table was dirty he refused to clean it even if restaurant was not crowded and he has almost nothing to do! Self-service restaurant was so dirty that it was hard to take food and eat it! And for 5 stars hotel I expect to have better cooking... no egg chef, no pancakes for kids, every day almost the same food! Pools are not clean at all! This hotel rescue only one thing: BEACHES! But they are not so close by walk like they promote, so its better to have car or taxi. Mini bus will not drive you to all beautiful beaches that are close, if you have ride!
