Very nice restaurant and superb staff. The food was very good and the portions were big. It's a small restaurant, but very cozy and with lots of options for lunch. Wine menu and cocktail available as well. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit. Price is reasonable.

My friend and I had Steak Refugio Style. It came with a beautiful sauce and we both agreed that the steak (it must have been at least 13oz) could not have been bettered. Our wives had salmon with mustard sauce and as in my previous experience of that dish, said that it was fabulous. If you go there, don't miss out on the couvert with cheese. Special. The sweets (home made) are to die for. Atmosphere good. What more? (I don't know why there are only 4 stars up there? They must have run out of ink!)
