The employees of this watch shop are unmotivated, lazy, disinterested and unable to adjust a watch. I was sent away when I asked if the watch could be adjusted. They replied that they did not have the necessary tools and continued to talk to each other even though other customers were waiting. I will never visit this shop again and I advise everyone against it.
