I love Albatta, i really do but on Friday 28th August 2020 i placed a collection order with them on their website. The order was accepted, the money was taken from my account and collection time was given. I turn up at the restaurant to collect my food to find it closed. I try ringing the restaurant, no answer, so i am 40 out of pocket and very hungry. I now cannot get hold of the restaurant to get my money back. Incredibly disappointing from a restaurant that i have recommended to so many people.
Loved the food; big portions and excellent service. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Favourite spot in Colchester! Have been coming here for years and have always had a fabulous experience! Havana fruits shisha flavour was the best! Great customer service too!
