Founded in 2009, AVO Lean Consulting SRL is a consulting company designed to create value for our partners, and help them to achieve lower costs, improve productivity and quality, and decrease time to market. The consultancy that we offer is effective: - Improving process flow; - Reducing production costs; - Reducing time to market (money will be back soon in the company). We cannot reduce the processing time, but we can reduce the time between processes (waiting time on the shop floor, change over time, tool changing time, etc). - Increased capacity of production facilities using the same resources; - Creating space; - Improving the manufacturing process, improvements that are not based on investments. After 3-6 months our clients have seen a much better performance in their organization.
