I have ordered from Alasia many times and the food has always been really nice, the batter always nice and golden and the chips nice and fresh. Today I was rather disappointed, the food did not look freshly cooked. The batter on the fish looked like a dirty brown and the chips, they looked like they’d been cooked in old dirty oil. Not up to there usual standard. Is it under new management or something?

Why put a phone number online and hang up on your customers!?!?!?!? 9 attempts to call and order food but nothing!!! Money spent elsewhere in the end!!! I'd give it 0 stars but there isn't that option!!!!
