The ONLY place you should buy your BMX equipment from the in UK...FACT! I can not count the amount of times these guys have helped me out with questions and parts. Mostly ordered from their site, which is easy and smooth. Unfortunately only been able to visit in person once, but that will change after this COVID is over. Keep up the great work guys, this is why your the oldest and best BMX place in the UK!

I love ALANS BMX! See this photo of an old school wheel set built up by ALANS 15 years ago (when was that guys, recognise the decals??) this bike is still in my collection. In the following years you've provided a consistently excellent service, even in our current situation I'm continually impressed with your customer care. Most recently you've responded quickly to my emails answering technical questions where many other businesses have fallen short. Great stock and service from these guys. We've had a couple of bikes and some accessories over a few different orders and they've always arrived promptly and the communication has always been good. Definitely my go to store for all things BMX.
Other than them sending a tyre with score marks in it I am very pleased with my order as they sent out a new tyre :)
