Had a fault on my Freelander 2 that local garages didn't sound confident doing . Took it to Alan Smith's who identified the problem and costs . Was a couple of weeks before they could fit it in and there not the cheapest garage but my car was returned in perfect working order . I'd rather pay a bit more and have a proper job done than have it done cheap and keep having to bring it back . Thank you for your excellent service
Our Discovery 4 failed on the AutoRoute ,northern France. Having no help from the Land Rover dealers in France, Alan Smith Garages Derby came to the rescue. Josh talked me through a quick diagnostic, accompanied by photo images he sent me, and a faulty fuel pump was the culprit. We had our car transported to Derby, where Josh and his excellent team jumped on to it, although the workshop was at a 3 week loading, they managed to work extra hours and get the car repaired, we can now return to Rouen, to collect our caravan, costing 10 euro a day storage! Excellent all round service, This level of professionalism cannot be matched by the Global Land Rover network. Well done Josh and your team, we cannot thank you enough!! Phil & Sue.
Absolutely amazing customer service - and outstanding professionalism. Had a minor, but irritating noise fault. The service and advice I received was clearly how the garage would like to be treated themselves! Excellent, pragmatic and cost effective (for me!). They also resolved a long standing fault I'd not got round to addressing. I highly recommend this garage. One of the best I've used in my years
