What's not to like! Alan is a fantastic piano tuner and not even the smallest of niggles is too much for him to investigate. He is thorough and precise. He is also a wonderful, friendly person and I so look forward to our chats. An all round five star service. Alan has tuned my piano for as long as I can remember and I recommend him. You won't regret it.

Alan has been turning our piano for many years and it is always a pleasure to see him. Not only is he efficient and extremely competent at his work, he is also friendly and personable - we have heard some fantastic anecdotes over the years. An excellent service.
As well as tuning our piano beautifully, when Alan opened up our piano, he took the time to show my daughter and her friend what's inside a piano and how he tunes it. We were fascinated to watch him in action, take a peak inside his tool box and understand how he uses technology. He's clearly an expert, the piano is perfectly in tune and it was a pleasure to welcome him into our home. Thank you Alan.
Alan's a superb technician. It's difficult for me to post a review because I'd really like him to fix my piano first whenever he can!!
Very knowledgeable with a wealth of experience. He clearly works at the high end of piano tuning and maintenance. I'm at the start of the process of learning to play, Alan quickly and carefully got my old upright piano tuned and couldn't have been more kind and helpful - coming round on Christmas Eve!
