Excellent new Guardian Roof and new windows for our conservatory, all fitted on time and to budget by super skilled fitters (Graham and Nathan) who worked very professionally, tidily and gave us a smooth and fuss-free experience. The project was well managed and we found Kevin and Rich from Alan Joy HQ to be very pleasant, efficient and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Good experience from start to finish!. The fitters were friendly and grateful of the curtessy call the day after the job the complete to ensure I was happy with everything. Recommended them to two friends who also chose to go with them.
My elderly parents lock failed on their front door this morning. By 2.30pm Alan Joy Windows had sent their expert Matt to fix same. He not only fixed it, but asked if there was anything else he could do regarding their installations. He is coming back when the weather is dry to reseal some small leaks in their conservatory. Top work from a top bloke from a top team. Highly recommended.

Door delivered later than agreed and I had to keep chasing for delivery information. Door arrived with wrong handle and I had to keep chasing for information eventually after a month I gave up and accepted the wrong handle just to be done with it. As a company, they are great at selling and providing a speedy visit (Kevin), once the door is ordered you are very much at the back the queue. Not returning a customers call for 3 or 4 days or not responding to customer emails when they are chasing for information, because of late delivery or incorrect supply, is not how you get repeat custom (Ian). We are about to go out to get a quote for a garden room to be built but will not be asking Alan Joy because of this experience.
