Suzanne at Ruxley Lane, Ewell was absolutely lovely from the moment we met her and showed so much kindness and concern for the whole family all the way through. She really went above and beyond with the help she gave us at such a difficult time. The service at the crematorium was handled very sensitively and without feeling we were rushed, I would like to thank and highly recommend everyone involved. Thank you once again
