Been coming here for awhile, my boy favourite spot. Food is ok depends on what u get and that, customer service is really good. I would recommend this place.
Without a atom of hesitation I would place Al ikhwaan as one of my top 5 Fried Chicken and Burger Take aways in East London. Good food and good vibes. Prices are very decent and the wings are to die for! Nice selection of meals and friendly staff. Fricken amazing. TRY THE CHILLI

Terrible food and service. Food tasted like it’s been fried using old oil. Service was slow and also hygiene isn’t up to scratch - masks also not worn by staff during a pandemic.
