I went to check out the new Yukon. I had a warm welcoming from the receptionist who received me but unfortunately I spent some good time checking the car out and waiting to be attended by one of the sales executives but nobody showed up and I had to leave. They don’t offer test drives neither do have catalogues.

Recently I have brought a car from Al Gandhi Sheik Zayed and somehow I regret going with them even I had a pretty decent offer from Al Naboodha. Most of thier policies and purchase process are more favor to their business not to the customers. Starting from the car delivery to invoice raise they won't be able to give a clear cut date or time where they always keep as open ended for their convenience. And the sales person named Mr. Eli (Philippino National) was associated my delivery acted so professional and supportive before the purchase and once the payment has gone to their account I saw a totally different approach from him. Regards to my GM employee discount refund, I have still running behind them.
Our experience with Mr Jawad was 5 stars. Mr Jawad is an example of the polite, hardworking and considerate salesman. He strived to fulfill our needs. We recommend him for any one who wishes to view cars at that showroom. Communication could be better, especially when too many information is given to the customer in a short period of time from the finance department.
The Worst service I ever experienced. I bought a vehicle from them and the purchase support was great now that I have the Vehicle it is a total nightmare to get a booking for service I tried calling for 2 weeks straight waiting 30minutes a day on the call with no one answering then they give you the option for a call back and in two weeks no call back happened yet.
I liked the showroom and purchased my new car from thier, the only thing that was disappointing was the deleivery of the car as the PDI took way longer then it should have.
I bought a car in al ghandi and now I know I would never do it again. Their after sale care and service is terrible !! They are careless and unprofessional. Hard to connect and book an appointment. They keep car for very long time. Simple service takes them always more than one day and I have to call and try to get my car back on the same day which is ridiculous and unacceptable as they never call to inform about progress. With my other car (different brand) I go and within 2-3h always everything is ready and done !

Poor customer support. All egyptian/Arabic staff who behaves indifferent to any Asian or Indian origin customers. I went to buy a Yukon ready cash, but the salesman attitude forced me to consider another brand/agency
