If I could give more stars I would. Me and my fiance come to this restaurant at least on every special occasion. My fiance introduced me to this place. He and the owner always speak to each other and always talk to each other about there attire and laugh. His wife is such a lady and beautiful. Such sweet people. On top of that! The food is Amazing! It's Like they simmer it in all type of flavorful goodness. If you've never been here, you have to go. Very classy restaurant. I was proposed to at this very restaurant. Service is always great, food delicious, atmosphere amazing, customer service so friendly. Brett, my favorite waiter .

Excellent Italian cuisine, the Lasagna is a thick, moist square of goodness. Their wine menu is varied and affordable. European style service from uniformed waiters and waitresses makes an evening out at Al Fresco very special.
My wife and I was celebrating our 1st anniversary and we decided to come to Al Fresco in Newport News on Jefferson Ave. First and foremost this was place quite and the ambiance was great. The food was Great and the owner Ronnie gave us a dessert for free for our anniversary. Our waitress Samantha was Great. We love this place and will be back again. Thank you again to Ronnie and Great crew for making our first anniversary OUTSTANDING.
Had a wonderful experience celebrating my husbands birthday last night with a group of 16. Service was top notch, best waiter we've had anywhere! Food and drinks were superb, on time and tasty. Happy we were all able to sit together at one long table in a portion of the restaurant away from other tables. Great job Al Fresco!! thanks
